Yep, i don't want 1000lb, I don't want 1700, I want something the middle!

Years ago there was the HD bus plate that was rated 1200 lb, and by golly they were stronger then the usual ones, or the new sachs ones.

Also I believe bugpack once sold a 1500 lb pressure plate. Heard a rumor that bugpack might have them made once again but no real news on that.
So today I don't know where to get another one.

Anybody got any idea where to get a moderate pressure plate these days?

I bought a "new" one two years ago and it's too weak now, in both pedal pressure and holding pressure.
The one I bought 7 years ago in my other car is much stronger, and has suffered much more abuse.

Luck? I donno
If I had a majic copy machine I'd just copy the old one
Now ther's a question, where to buy a majic copy machine!?

They keep them beside the Nano-Demoleculizers on the shelf for the miniaturizing machines for making computer chips, that is what my mom said....... RB
