Ran across this piece today. A price sheet we used in the unit room to write estimates on customers engines, back in the late 60's early 70's.
Note the 36hp prices.

I rebuilt a 40 horse in 1972 and those prices look awfully familiar. The local parts guy convinced me to spring for the extra $7 for the 83 mm Repco Big Bore P&Cs. That was good advice.

| I did time in the unit room in the mid seventies. The other line mechanics called it the "Eunuch room". Your list brings back old memories . |

They could call us anything they wanted to, but we had the air conditioning.
