Thanks again guys, I'm also in the process of fitting a early 3 spoke steering wheel to this car, I've always like the look and simplicity of that wheel and have never seen one on a type 3 before.

I usually think white looks too plain but it looks really nice with the early detailed Fuchs. Cool story too, that's always one of the best parts of a car.

Some more goodies for the notchback. I ripped out the old worn carpet, and found a piece of paper that says "karrossenbau" glued to the factory insualtion, pretty cool. Installed some salt and pepper carpet and red/black coco mats from isp west. i also got my hands on a working blaupunkt radio, i still need the bezel that surrounds the radio if anyone out there has one.

I am slowly running out of things to do to this car so a new project might be needed soon... Laughing

Radio is titts and the jail-bars behind the back seat really set it off...I'm loving it.

Thanks Steve, some more little ad-ons, I finally gave up on looking for a good used rear armrest so decided on taking it into my own hands. I went down to a local upholstery supply place and matched some black vinyl to the og material and wrapped it myself, came out pretty good.
