Hi, I have a 73-79 master cylinder I just bought brand new. I accidentally ruined the pushrod tube that sticks out of it. It was a stupid mistake and I'm kicking myself about it. 
I pulled the snap ring and assembly out of it. Is there a way I can install the new seals onto a nice used piston, since this is the only part I need? I see pictures of the piston in rebuild kits and they appear to be pre assembled. |
