I am in serious need for a set of H & R lowering springs, my red H & R's are just too soft for my current set up.

I can't find a set any where.

Any ideas???

Thanks

I had to get mine from the UK. I heard a rumour that you could order them in the US, but I haven't tried yet.

We have a H&R dealer in Portland that has ordered the pink springs for me in the past. Hillside imports.

Looks like they're only showing the "sport" version. Pete wants the "Cup" springs.

I talked to H & R at SEMA and they were no help at all. I have no clue why they will not send them to the USA.

Since I put in the Burly heim link upper control arms to get more positive camber the springs seem to bottom out more easily. I think it might be due to the heim links being so free moving compared to the rubber mounts.

The front also seems to sit about 1/2" lower too. Any way I am bottoming out way too much now.

I don't want to have to fly to England to get the Greens !

Are the Weitec springs stiffer???

My Weitec springs have a bit of a rake to them, and they bottom out in front easily. I have been meaning to cut the rears to level it out a bit, for looks and maybe some improvement in bottoming out... but i haven't gotten around to it yet. Would love to find a source for cup springs too.

I'll be at the UK Vanfest 2011 in late Aug/Sept. If you can wait. I saw a few sets there in the past.

If your only looking for the fronts to be stiffer look at the chevy 1987 S10 2inch or 3inch lowering front. Im running the 2inch lowering springs and they are Carat height but way stiffer. The Carats are like 375lb per inch and the S10s are like 550 lbs per inch.

There was a thread some were in here on them??
