So today I met up with Semper Dad to drive down to Tacoma. It was a typical Washington morning, Cold wet and rainy. It was Awesome!

The drive started out great, until my fuel pump lost power for some unknown reason. After coasting to the side of the freeway and some mechanical agitation mixed with a little praying to the ACVW gods, magically the fuel pump worked again.

Continuing south, Semper Dad allowed me to lead, just in case anymore issues arose. We made it in one piece.

Learned a few things today:

I'm getting old, my exhaust is really really loud! But it sounds great!
Bigger motor with a new clutch makes a world of difference!
I need to fix my heater.
And finally...
I LOVE my Thing!

All in all it was a great day, the rain wasn't that big of problem. And I made it home with out calling a tow truck.
