My latest score..... But m not sure what it is exactly. Looks like an electric magnetic gas throttle.

Anybody knows this?

Cruise control actuator? It looks to be hooked to the throttle arm?

What intake is it on? Looks like a 40hp? maybe?

Oh no, looks like its connected to the choke only. Electric choke?

It was probably connected to an electric bi-metal type thermostat. Probably a non-Volkswagen solution for an industrial aplication. I think the makers of this contraption were glad to see the automatic chocke 28 PICT series of carbs apearing in the early 60's Very Happy
