Gorman is about 2 hours north of LA on the 15. It's beautiful high desert. I think there's only 1 Gorman exit and if you google Gorman offroad area it will likely come up. Don't take your bus on it (heh). That trail would give a locked Syncro fits in some areas, though I'd love to try it with a group of 3 or 5.

I just got my copy of the book and started reading it. I couldn't help but jump to the end and with sadness read it... HOWEVER, the story begins with pure happiness and a great read... I was in North Beach yesterday and as I walked thru I couldn't help but think about the book... thanks for the great book!
