I was on Facebook, but it started to interfere with work. Too many cliques at work that would start talking trash. Shut my account down till the dirtbags get fired.  |

Won't use that or Twitter. They both sound like something 12 year old girls use to talk about Hannah Montana, which Jonas brother is the hottest and why Twilight is real....

ok i am disappointed now... i thought for sure i found find a couple of new targets to attack in mafia wars and only found 1 person and dont think they even play.
btw all i use facebook for is playn mafia wars and keeping up on all of the bitching and shit talking my local friends do. can find a good internet fight just about everyday because they dont have the balls to say it or do it to the person any otherway.

Agreed. Those that try to act like they're too good for facebook or anything similar, yet have thousands of posts on sites like this crack me up!

it took me over 7 years to get that many posts here. I have learned a lot along the way and helped a few others with my posts. I have also made a lot of useless posts too ( like this one).
Facebook was cool at first, i was able to find some long lost friends. some connections were worth it, some not.
FB is not what it used to be for me.
I dont think you can compare forums like this to FB. Its apples and oranges |

I use it to keep in touch with out-of-state relatives that I haven't seen personally in years. I've found several relatives I didn't even know I had. Those worried about predators and personal info should probably learn how to use the internet safely and teach their children to do the same (and make sure they do). It's not the internet's fault, it's yours.
