Ok this might be a stupid question but it has been bugging me. Has anyone every thought about or actually powder or ceramic coated the heads where they pit. I am thinking about doing it to mine. What do you guys think?

Don't powdercoat the heads, i think that ceramic coating would be just as bad. You will be trapping heat into the heads instead of allowing the air movement to aid in cooling.
