No I used the Subaru compressor. It was already there and mounted. Ran the VA supplied lines back the engine bay and crimped them to the Subaru ends to the compressor. I didn't consider using anything else, did I miss something? |
I'm trying to make a decision weather the Subaru compressor is large enough for the VA system. I saw from their website that they typically install the Sanden compressor. I'm not sure how hard it would be to make a mount for the Sanden to install on the Subaru. If the Subaru compressor works fine I would probably stick with it.
