Congrats on your move. I did Toronto to Houston, left on a Monday and made it there Wed evening. I drove, I slept, I drove, I slept. Once Thanksgiving dinner was over I slept pretty well for 3 days. Did the trip in my then new Westy.

I'll miss you if I ever make it to Maine but Austin is one of my favorite cities, well that and Corpus Christi.

Safe but fun travel. So does this mean you have to change your New England twang in for a Texas drawl Question Laughing

Austin is great! Try Opie's BBQ (provided you are not a vegan)which if i recall is on the outskirts.

Yeah, but I spent a long while living where winters were only a couple of months….its the prolonged wet cold climate that really bums me out.

You're bringing your FISH? If it's not a bass, crappie, catfish, or striper you might just consider leaving it home. Those Texans are funny about things deemed to be tropical.
