Nor-Cal Bus Fest 7! Sunday August 14, 2011 at the Solano County Fairgrounds in Vallejo, CA. Gates open at 8:00 am for this display and swap event, open to ALL Volkswagen buses and trucks, regardless of year, model or condition. Held on the tree-shaded lawns of the fairgrounds, this event will feature the full range of Type II’s, from Barndoors to Eurovans and everything in between. Features include a kids area, music and the famous end-of-the-day raffle. General admission is still only $10 per adult which includes entry, display and/or swap space.

Trying to get my 63 on the road in time for this one. Was hoping for Concord show but not enough time with work and school this week, will spend most of weekend working on the bus.

The phone has been ringing off the hook and lots of e-mails coming in...looks like an excellent turnout inthe works. Looking forward to seeing lots of freshly discovered vehicles including one now-superstar drive out. See you all Sunday!
