Although most of my work is now being documented on LowBus.com I figured I'd started a thread here to keep non LowBus users in the loop.

Currently we are working on a '59 SC.
It's getting a Slam-O-Matic bolt in drop.

Front is done, rear is next.

Thanks. I can't take credit for the install. I have people that help me out.

I was getting a lot of "where have you been? I don't see you posting on the samba anymore." emails and phone calls, so I figured this was an easy way to let people know what I have been up to.

That's a nice, clean looking beam! What's the added gusset on the passenger side for, though?

That's where the Iron Cross plate bolts in place.
I've got the same beam set up on my 11G with a different colored / striped Iron Cross. - Thanks to Alex Juarez for those!
