Well since there was not one I decided to start one. A place were any make and model high roof Vanagon can share travel and packing tips as well as care and maintenance of the various Vanagon high roof types. Westfalia, Adventurewagen,Reimo, no matter the type your welcome here. I will start by posting a few pics of our syncro Adventurewagen.

Yeah not feeling the body panel ground effects. Shocked Not much different than some Chevy Duravan or similar american made camper. The top almost looks like a Dehler. I like those but the panels are ruining the look. Here is a vid with some High tops. I did not make it so... Warning the music sucks. The Vans are cool.

Here's a picture of my AdventureWagen:

It gets lots of funny looks but I don't mind, so do I...

Sometimes when I'm driving by I hear kids say things like "Mommy look at the funny van!".

Thanks for the thread, good to see other people adventuring in their high tops!

MY '85 westy with its northamericanhightop top.

Insulated, sliding windows and power vent. Lots of space "upstairs" for "stuff" and comfortable sleeping.
