most are on fiche. The issue will be that many parts were upgraded or superceded. This means that a manual from 1972 may not have part numbers that were superceded in 1975 and are still available. Likewise a manual from 1975 won't have NLA parts for a 1971 as VW dropped the part numbers when they went NLA. I use this site as it has many old part numbers on it but not all. It loads slow but it works.

as mentioned, some people use this

Hi All,I found a link to the Ersatzeilnumern translated to english. Hope the post works.
Link Parts Manual 67-79
To save it to your documents click on Linkabove. Then click on File in your tool bar and save it in your Documents. If you dont't see the tool bar with,( File Edit View Favorites Tools Help) right click in the gray tool bar area and click on the (Menu Bar)
The way I got to this is, I oppened the german version. Copied the title on the first page. Pasted it into the google search box. Results came up. The second choice included translate to english. Clicked on translate to english and it pulled the translated page up.
Good Luck |

Hard books were only made up through 75 ish. After that you got a pack of smaller books. THe complete collection of hard book paper for post 75 is nie impossible to find and most other info is on microfiche. _________________

If the part is NLA (no longer available) it is not listed. But good diagrams.

Highly suspicious site. Got an alert from my computer security, and any site that ads dirty sites, is suspect. |
