I have no vacuum from the port next to idle adjustment screws. I traced the port to the base of the carb and nothing is clogged, but where does the port go from the carb base? I blow into it with air compressor, but can't seem to find air coming out anywheres. Is there a schematic of the vacuum flow somewheres?

Are you testing for vacuum at idle? If you are, you should never see vacuum. Try cracking the throttle about 1/8 - 1/4 open while watching your vacuum gauge, then you should see some vacuum.
