I keep looking at the taillamp housings on the center Bug. They look chromed, though it may be a light/shadow effect. Those were popular accessories for a while.

But that bug has a lot of accessories on it... fender guards, trim rings, (EMPI?) mudflaps, cooling air slot cover... so it might have the chromies.
