No longer in the Stanley NC area 
I was employed at Gaston Dye and Machinery ... Mt Holly plant.
I got engaged and married a woman in South Carolina and moved to her area.
I have gone to the Hardees cruise in when it is the same as the Charlotte AutoFair swap meet.
Every so often I go back to Stanley and visit old friends.

| Thanks for the info! Should be coming around on Fridays work permitting. Finally got the bug running. Cant wait to start coming to this and other cruz'ins in the area. |

I've yet to start my treks there for 2015.

Nice drive there, driving home, an annoying high pitch squealing noise started from the engine compartment, maybe the generator....????
Nice turnout, i'd say 75-80 cars, all kinds, only 2 other VW's, but a bunch of nice people.
What part of NC do you live?
I am in southwest Charlotte right near the NC/SC border.
Heading to Farmington this weekend, are you going?

I live near Bessemer City.
No spring Farm for me... Ill be worn out from all day at Steel In Motion 2015... on Saturday...
