I just did mine in the machine on a cold gentle cycle and air dried them. Normal detergent. No shrinkage at all. I do couch cusion covers the same way too.

I wash mine on the gentle cycle - cold water and air dry.

Ive heard of others using Woolite in a cold, gentle wash cycle. Air dry sounds cool...sun dried laundry smells good too Laughing

Thats exactly how I did mine, I figure with all the mouse poop and semen stains it had it was probably time to wash it? especially since it wasn't my stains.

Shocked

Machine wash, delicate cycle. I used the second rinse option on my washer to ensure all soap was rinsed out.

Air dry. I put the covers back on the foam, but left them unzipped to dry.

The only problem I had: The front upper bunk cover's liner shrunk, which made it quite difficult to get back on the foam (came close to having to make a relief cut in it and may end up doing it in the near future since it's still too tight).

Wash them with the zip closed, my only advice.
Cheers, Paul.

Great advice! It helps them keep their shape and the inside edges don't frazzle.
