Been to NAPA, Advance Auto, Auto Zone, and O'Reily's, no one has the small bulbs I need for my speedo and fuel gauge.

Does anyone have a part # so I can at least try ordering over the internet? The bulbs I have don't say anything on them except "12V".

Louisville, an afterthought between Maryville and Alcoa.

I was looking at that other thread. I noticed the photo of Eiko 1274 bulbs, which are shown to be rated .12 amps at 14.4V. I got to thinking about that, and that seemed wrong to me. That's 1.73 Watts, and at 12V would be around 1.38 Watts. Thus, those would actually be dimmer than the original bulbs, which were rated 2 Watts at 12V. I also read somewhere that the 1274 has a slightly different base and glass size.

I did find that Eiko does make a 2W bulb with the BA7s base, part number A-1272, or 48006.

I have some old original bulbs around here, and I know the Philips brand has their part number on it, and I found one mixed with with all my OSRAMs.

Googling that Philips 12829 number I got some cross references, I'll just list all of them at once.

12V, 2W, BA7s Base.

Philips 12829
GE 2696
Osram 3898
Narva 101006
EIKO A-1272 48006
VW 17 722 2
BMW 07-11-9-978-279
General 71440 LTB7144

If you're not interested in switching to LEDs, I'd swoop on this ^^^.

The price on Amazon is $5.93 each. The box is shown but this seller is charging $5.93 for each bulb. Some others are charging around $6 for two (2).
