5 arm yoke arrived today on schedule. I have purchased a number of items from Kevin Kraum and VW Alley. I have never been dissappointed with any of my purchases. This is the second yoke that I have purchased, because of the number of engines that I am working on and the number of engine stands that I have.

I bought there 2 arm stand and was very surprised by how nice and well finished it is. Im not used to this kind of quality in the vw parts industry. You can tell that they take pride in there work. When I went from working on precision hand built Japanese sport bikes to working on a 60 year old vw I realized that not everything is going to come apart and go back together perfectly without cutting, grinding, filing, prying, banging, and manipulating to say the least. I now have a quality stand that i wont have to worry about it breaking and dropping my engine. Thank you.

Bought a two arm engine yoke from Vintage World Tools after getting a panicked call from a buddy to come and help him pick his engine up after his cheap engine yoke failed. His engine stand was top of the line, held the big block out of his boat while he did a complete rebuild. When it was time to buy the yoke for the sand buggy refresh, went from high end to bargain basement. Tube on yoke collapsed, fortunately only damage was to tin and valve cover. No comparison between Chinese junk and VWT engine yoke. My buddy will be using my yoke to finish his project, will lend me his engine stand for mine...
