Over the years I've built 100 or more 1776cc engines with mild 041 or sometimes 042 heads and normally use the CB Performance replacement center section manifold with a 34pict-3 carb and about a 135 main jet.

I'm contemplating building a 1914cc for a customer that wants a stock carb and etc like my 1776s have used sucsessfully for years.

Has anyone used a 34pict with an engine as large as 1914 and how did it work out?

I realize that it would be much better with a set of duals but we're more into stock-ish look and reliability etc with this one.

Thanks

Empi Brosol / Solex Single Carburetor Kits - Type 1
This is a new kit released by EMPI which offers an easily tunable carb that works well on 1600-1776cc motors. This carb has been a favorite in dual carb set ups for years, and is now available in this single carburetor kit version. Available in 40mm or 44mm sizes, both featuring an electric choke.
40mm Kit w/ Choke (EP 43-4455)

Just a thought as it seems to be a single center mount with heated intake runners.
