Mine's a mish-mash of camp pans (now) considered too heavy for backpacking, Salvation Army finds, cast-offs from the kitchen and a large enamel camp pot.
Basically, everything that is free, or nearly so. _________________ John - 86 Wolfsburg Westfalia "Weekender"

Lots of pots and pans have come and gone over these past years. Trying to reduce the volume of stuff brought with us and the inevitable "where did I put that"!
So out with just about every pot that I have used for the last 10+ years and in with a new set from Primus.
These are not inexpensive but I found one site on clearance. https://www.nrs.com/primus-campfire-cook-set-large/prap
I bought a square fry pan from GSI a few years back and don't know how I lived without it all these years.
So much easier to get a hold of things with a wall to grab them. Also got rid of the large griddles and got a 12" square reversible that I have used for a few years.
For grilling we picked up this UCO Flat Pack grill that came in a pouch that we keep under the bench.
Love this Dragonfly drawer organizer, so much easier getting out what you need.
Last but not least is The Hawkins 1.5L pressure cooker. Tried and true for so many dishes, it was the perfect size for our Westy.

Nice set up Tim! I might actually buy one of these. While I like everything to have two functions if possible, a small T-pot is great and convenient for boiling water, although I tend to use it only back packing. _________________ John - 86 Wolfsburg Westfalia "Weekender"

UPDATE:
These BugABoo pots are great! They have withstood the test of time.
My Brother and his Wife have a set from about the same time period.
They are in their later 70's and have been camping for a long long long time.
These are the best pots they've ever had.
Anytime the opportunity arises where camping gear is gift worthy, these pots are their "Go To" gift.
Quote from July 2017 ........

I ordered the GSI BugABoo on sale from Dicks last week. $54 shipped.
Up until now we used some old kitchen stuff, it didn't nestle at all, didn't pack well, it had glass tops, food stuck to it, it rattled as you drove and it was a royal PITA to clean!
We purchased a retirement home and these old pots moved into it's kitchen leaving the Van lacking cooking gear.
Now I know that there is much discussion about the evils of Teflon and how it is going to kill us over time...... which is probably true...... but clean up while on the road is always difficult at best.
After my experiences with the old kitchen stuff, I wanted easy to clean! At home I use cast iron a lot but for me, it is too heavy for travel.
I decided to live on the Wild side and get some of that new fangled teflon stuff!
Seeing this sale promoted me to pull the trigger.
My BugaBoo was on my doorstep when I got home late last night from the house.
I wasn't sure if the order was even placed for there was zero post sale contact with me.
Knowing it was teflon coated, I was wondering how it travels without getting scratched being nestled together like they are.
Now that I have it in front of me, it is very cleverly designed. The plates are integral to safe travel, the shape of the plates is such that they fit in the large pot protecting the pots bottom and also cradle the bottom of the small pot preventing any possible contact between the pots.
The bowls/mugs nestle inside of each other and in turn fit nicely in the small pot.
The handle goes in one of the mugs.
The small pot top fits snuggly on top of the small pot with the mugs in it and the large top fits on top of the small top.
This is all Capped with a frying pan.
Ingenious!
It looks well made, I can't wait to try it out.
Admittedly, the pots are a spun Aluminum and not a heavier cast product, but it IS car camping and weight IS a concern.
Upon first glance, it seems like a great deal!
Time will tell..........
Just as a side note, YEARS ago...... 1970's...... we picked up Ingrid, a plate and bowl travel system. It has held up well and while not the best space saving design for the camper, she carries a lot of sentimental history, kids were little..... good times you know?
Anyway, You get various plates, cups, bowls and even two large serving bowls.
(Not my set, pulled the image off line)
We are good to go now!

we like our bugaboo but the plastic lids have melted when (accidentally) used on the pot/pan while cooking.. it's really a shame that they didn't use plastic capable of boiling pasta water on the pot it's designed to fit..
I may jump into this stainless set, looks like they have stainless lids. _________________

another thing l did, to save a little space on board, was to use the ignitors from old dometic fridges to light the stove, we don't need to look for lighters any more.
although l guess one would still be needed to light a grill outside the van.
