Cool van but it kinda sucks that they went for the 2.2.
Hope that whoever buys it rips out that 2.2 and drops in an STI engine. _________________ 1987 Syncro

i saw that last week.
i love the interior and exterior but that's about it.
they should have at least gone for the 6 cylinder since they're so gun-ho on the whole porsche scheme. _________________ broke.status |

Who knows the true story. Maybe they sold it just because it does not have enough go. It may have had the engine when they go it. Who knows.
Remember, in general, no body sells a perfect car. Why would they?
It is so so easy to arm chair it and smack at it, but it is nice no doubt, and of course, if you bought it, you could do what ever you wanted. _________________ "Use the SEARCH, Luke" But first visit the Vanagon FAQ!

Here is another BaT offer.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1990-volkswagen-vanagon-5/
If this is YOURS, then I say, awesome job on the van, and it's a shame it's for sale.
If it's NOT yours, to you I say, hurry the hell up, as this posting, you have 13 hours to bid on it! _________________ 1990 Feldjäger Syncro AAZ

that's a good idea to put a Stickie here for all the future ones as there seems to be quite a few lately up there.
(I support that idea and I even started the other thread on the syncro! ) |

Thats a coded complaint about moderation. I tried to report it, but I get back:
