2011 VW Christmas Jam!!!

Stadt Der Rosen VW Klub and SoCal Bajas will be hosting the 2011 Christmas Jam in benefit of the Elizabeth House whose noble mission for the last 17 years has been to provide shelter, hope and support to homeless pregnant women and their children. This event is FREE, but this is charity fundraiser to benefit the Elizabeth House, so please bring a toy for the toy drive to help a needy child, hopefully a VW toy if possible and also a small monetary donation for the raffle to help needy women and children during this Holiday Season.

This year we're expecting over 200 VWs so be there early if you want to get a good spot!

Friday December 9th at 7:00 PM

This really turned out to be a fantastic evening. We raised over $3000 for the Elizabeth House, in addition to several hundred toys (two single-cabs full!). We had about 350 cars attend, which was even more than we expected, and we expected a bunch! Thanks to all who attended. It was a great thing to see the VW community come together for such a worthy cause.

I haven't seen any photos of the adjacent parking lots, which were also packed to the hilt!

I was there this past Friday and was given the flyer for this year's event. This year's event will fall on Friday, December 14th. It doesn't specify a time? I believe the club president, Stadt Der Rosen, gave me the flyer to this event. Maybe he or another club member will chime in with more information. It also states TONS of other clubs who will be present at this show.

I'm sure someone will drop in and post a flyer or give out more information.
