Thank you Mika! Seeing the channel with the tube attached finally makes more sense as to how vw originally made these _________________ https://instagram.com/mr.ogpaint

Mika, this will be the part the designers are working on it?
If so, I will need both sides for my 52 from the gas tank towards the front apron. When do you think they will be available and how much ?

And this would be an area I need...both sides. What is on the market now is junk. I would imagine that many early beetles from rust-prone areas of the Earth need help in this area of the vehicle.

Yes, those are the panels. The right side will be made first, then left side later. Hopely will get the first parts in January, then left side February. The price depends if the bumper / horn brackets are there or not. _________________ Mika

Great job Mika!
Do you expect to make fender bolt holes and add the weld nuts?
Will you drill the holes for the headlight tube and bolts?
Will you offer with the bumper bracket welded on?
Thanks again for all your hard work!!! |

Crazy question but how far from a late 50's equivalent would this be? I'm so limited for good quality repair panels here so I'd much prefer these if they'd be close. Sorry for newbie question! |

They are very close, the front beam recess is smaller for split than later. But maybe you don't need to go so far. _________________ Mika
