Hey, guys, it has been a while since I posted here at the Samba. In the past years, I was one of those that was a main stay here and The Samba, Type 3 Forum was my home page. I have met many wonderful Type 3 buddies here, to name a few, Notchback, Fastbackdon, Tram, Notchboy, Allwagons, Mike Fisher, EverettB and so many to mention. In short, everyone here is so friendly.

I have learned so many thing about Type 3 here. When I had my first Type 3, Sharky 1, everyone knew about her. Then she was gone and was totaled........ (so sad)..... When I have my second Type 3, Sharky 3, everyone also learned of her existence. Sharky 2 is still with me of course..

Though I am busy for a while with work, family, and other important things, I never stopped checking this wonderful Forum at least once a day. FB is one site that really gets our attention. Though I got bored staying there already.

Hope to be active once more here..

To everyone, How are ya? What's keepin' ya busy aside from toying and fixing your Type 3's?

Thanks

DONGKG

Hey there DONG! Haven't seen ya around here for a while. Hope you are still finding a little bit of time for your VWs. I know how that can be hard to do.

Hey Dong, nice to see you're still above water. Wink We're still here, and right now the T-3's (and the T-34) are comfortably sleeping for the winter (snow is predicted for tonight and Monday). Almost done wrapping up the outside projects too.

Hi! Kev here. Nice to meet you. I'm working on a 1968 Squareback. Building a 1956cc motor for it. Looks like you took a pretty nasty hit, hope no one was hurt. Are there many type 3's in the PI?

Dong, I haven't seen you since March in Manila! We could use some of your warm/dry weather Here now. Do you know 'Ikabod' in your VW Club from Olongapo? He wants a good set of late rear fenders, but we haven't got it done yet. We just pulled the engine out of our #8 squareback. We're gonna rebuild it into a 1776 FI/AT for a little More Power! Why aren't you friends with EverettB,notchboy,ME etc on facebook!? Twisted Evil
