info on 72 advenurewagen original colors?

will check it out. If i have the paint codes, i can figure out the colors? is there a list of paint codes available for that year?

My 70 adventurewagen came in blue and white but I have since repainted. I went ahead and painted the whole bus blue including the top. There is also and orange and white color scheme. I am sure there were a lot. The gallery has some adventures in there mine is in there too. anthony

Yes you can find out the colours online, or at a shop. The vw codes are a leteer and then two or three numbers. Google them with vw L412 for example, and you should get a couple of pages that will give you the names of the colours. These can be translated into ppg codes online too, a good site I've found in ppgcarpaint.com, but you need to know what year(s) the particular colour was used, because that's the only searchable variable (how idiotic is that?).
