|

So I have pulled my distributor out a few times on my vans over the years and no issues. This time it does not want to come out of my 81.
I backed off the nut that stops it from rotating so it can now move freely as well as the other one that holds down the bracket. Pull and no go. I thougt I read somewhere that your engine should be TDC when pulling it out. Is this true? I cannot see the mark on the flywheel anymore. Any ideas? Am I missing something? _________________ 1980 Vanagon Cali Import 86,000Miles
