the hood will fit any beetle,just make holes for trim larger. but it is 67 only due to trim which is 1 year only. 68 went to shorter hood and so trim was shortened.

yes. your 1st question was = what year hood is this. 1967 only.
would fit any 56 and newer beetle -66 drill holes to 66 and down size to use 66 and down trim.
