I recently purchased my first Westy and it came with roof rack attachments as pictured below.

I am looking to add a roof rack for an upcoming trip and I am just wondering if anyone knows which specific roof rack system these are compatible with (Yakima? Thule?).

That looks like a rain gutter replica attachment which I think means that any standard gutter rack would work. I'm pretty sure my Thule would. YMMV.

Correct, both Thule and Yakima rain gutter racks will fit that. Thule #300 would probably work best, although you can get higher bar settings from either the 387 or 953.
