Hey guys,
Rumor was floating around "The German Invasion" at Shadyside Dragway, (April 21), that the Spring (May 20th 2012), would be the last SEVWA event at Farmington.....EVER!
I knew you had issues with the new Farmington owners, and I thought that was all settled for now....??
Could you please clarify this information.
I had planned on the Fall event, but really would hate to miss the "last one"

We would like to have an area for the kids, face painting, games etc. But we need your help with it. Is there a club or group of VW folks that could help with that section?
Have always wanted to do this, but no enough help to pull it off.
Any other sugguestions for the show? _________________ Kathy Jacobs

Still looking for some folks or club to help with a kids section.
Looking for some volunteers for judging as well, the more we have the faster we can get the judging done!
VW Show area........ the cost to place your VW in the show area is $10. This is the judged area, but it you don't have to be judged. Just let us know that your VW is for display only when you come to the registration table. We will have a FREE VW area that will be in the field back behind the vendors.
If you plan to park in the show car area, please take a moment to register using our online form. This will help us have things ready and make the registration process so much faster. You will pay your show entry fee upon entering the show area, then after you park your VW, come to the registration table and let us know that you pre-registered. Online forum link http://www.kandlmotorsports.com/showform.htm
Thank you to those that have already pre-registered. _________________ Kathy Jacobs

Great to hear Clyde! I will be adding a list of new parts vendors that will be attending with their numbers as soon as I get word from everyone. That way you guys can get those special parts you need.
If you are planning to have a used swap space or need some parts, post it up here so others can see. _________________ Kathy Jacobs

Alan Fore will be out with his new Pro Mod Beetle to run in the Turbosmart Pro Outlaw class! Come on out and see the debut of this car. I am sure records will be broken!
Also running in this class are....
-Troy Sellars in his Street Car

There are a few more that maybe in the mix as well!

We are still in need of volunteers to help Judge the show cars.
The more we have the faster we can get it done. Usually have anywhere from 100-150 in the judged area.
You will receive free gate entry for your couple hours of help.
Just send me a pm.
Thank you! _________________ Kathy Jacobs

Saturday evening setup times
If you wish to come out Saturday night and get your swap space setup, we will start doing that at 8pm. They do have an event there, so we can't do anything until it is over.
You are welcome to CAMP at the track that evening as well, but we do ask if you are not showing your VW to please park in the back field behind the vendors so you don't have to move EARLY Sunday morning.
If you are there Saturday night, we will be coming around to collect your Sunday fees, so make sure to have your money ready.
A list of vendors that will be coming is coming up soon.
If you are going to have a swap space, be sure to list up things you will be bringing on this forum!
Any questions, just ask! _________________ Kathy Jacobs
