We have an RV with enclosed trailer in tow ( Also Classic Bound ), is it possible. to stay in the infield Friday night camping? Hook-ups too? / Cost ? |
I believe you have to call the Speedway at 770-946-4211 to set up camping. Don't think it's on the infield.
See you Friday/Saturday and at The Classic. _________________ Thanks, Glenn

Do you have to pre register as a used parts vendor? I am trying to work out going but I am sure yet. It would be nice to sale a for parts to pay for some other parts and gas. |

Just got back and what a pre-Debut on your bus. Just awesome detail everywhere. Thanks for bringing it to this show so those of us not going to the Classic could see it. Had a great time.

Any show that ends by allowing me to circle a banked speedway at almost 100mph is a good show.
Had a blast at YU Buggin today. _________________ VW SP2 |

Thanks Phillip, I'm glad I got to attend such a kick-ass event. It was a last minute decision to stop by on the way to Ca. because of the drive on the track and while that was most awesome the rest of the show and the people who put it on sure made it a whole week-end of fun!
Best interior and Best of show! WOW! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH, Glad you all enjoyed it, let's see how the reaction on the left coast plays out
This is a must attend for sure, now let's see all those videos of the track that so many were taking! _________________ http://skidmarksgarage.com/

Best of show.....
If you're going to the Classic we will see this Bus in HotVWs in a couple of months. Really cool mods and slick ass paint!! Awesome.
I worked the show, helping out and parking cars we were busy till 11:30 running around. We cut off show cars around 1 and I still got to talk to a lot of my friends and see really nice cars.
"Moto" was on the track...

Here's a link to some of the pictures we took from the show. It was an amazing turnout. Well over 200 cars around the infield pit garages and the on the track in groups that afternoon. It was awesome meeting Skid and hanging out with he and his wife for a little while Friday evening as we were the only ones camping at the time. Your bus looks fantastic and good luck on your trip out west. Keep us updated. _________________ We don't believe any VW is too far gone to be saved, and we feel the same about people...no one is too far gone to be saved

A few more pics. The weather couldn't have been any better. The garage had 50 bays, and the cars were 3 deep in each bay, so that's 150 cars in the garage plus a ton more were in the lot behind the garage. It was SO NICE being able to use the garage area this year and retreat from the sun (though I still got a little burnt from walking through the swap meet area). The bays were huge so even though there were three cars in each bay, there was still a ton of room to set up chairs and get around to see everything. Can't wait until next year!!!
