Seems several brands use this compressor and I figured this might apply to others so started a new thread.

I may purchase a used 2009 year Danfoss powered Waeco (Dometic) CR-1050. Seller claims about 72 hours use.

Other than feeling if it cools and listening for any unusual noises, can anyone suggest any pre purchase checks to do on a used DanFoss powered fridge?

In my case, the front flange is missing, but I think I can make that. As for the missing egg holder, well I guess I just won't eat eggs. Wink

Thanks

Neil.

Blue Bay Bus that's why we buy them , they get cold and run a long time, fan you can almost here it, the compressor should be quiet. Buy it if it gets cold and is a good price! Very Happy
