The numerous Nike Missile Bases scattered around Michigan and the rest of the Northwest are pretty cool. _________________ Vehicles I have:

Behind the wheel of a Nuc Sub can be awesome. Top speed and acceleration isn't all that great but you can go for 10 years without a refuel.

I've come across a few nice military women. Sometimes it didnt even go all the way across. _________________ OGJHC

I'm starting to get little wafts of bus stink coming from the north. Something about the unique scent of drivers seat padding when it's glued together with mouse piss and shit that really gets me going... and I'm smelling it! Oh yeah! Time to start loading up the equipment. |

The coolest think I can think of would be the people that are out there in the military doing what they do because the chose to be a part of something special, for comparatively little money.
After that would be the families that wait at home for the loved ones, and keep the fires burning in their absence.
The least cool thing are the shitheads that camp out in their little tents and bitch about everything.
The P-38s are badass, but really screw up your pockets if you put one on your key chain. Mine have been relegated to my military momento chest. |

Lol, mine has been on my key chain since 89, and its never bothered me. The great thing about P38's is that they never dull, the more you use them the sharper they get. _________________ WANTED: Henry Veale Santa Rosa plate frames

I'm still packing around the one I got with my first c-rations from Basic Training in 1982. It's never failed me and never messed up my pockets. I used it just two days ago to open an #10 can. _________________

I collect WW2 stuff, the best of which is the items given to me of my two Grandfathers. Both in the Pacific, one Navy, one Army Air Force China/India/Burma. These items are priceless and will never end up at a military swap meet. _________________ The best things in life aren't Things

I did the body/paint on a 44 Scwimmwagen about six years ago, quite a cool machine. I'd really like to restore an old Jeep now, just for good Karma... _________________ The best things in life aren't Things

I collect ww2 stuff as well. Some of the stuff in my collection I would never sell due to the fact that I know it more than likely could not be replaced. _________________ WANTED: Henry Veale Santa Rosa plate frames
