it most certainly is! if you look closely you can see that on the RHD barndoor deluxes the number 3 is facing 180 degrees reverse to the LHD barndoors towards the center of the dash, where on the other ones the 3 faces away from the center of the dash.

The faces are reversible though, I thought everyone knew that?

You do have to disassemble it and remove the arms though to flip the face.
It's sort of a pain - I had to do that for the one in my '55 when I found a cheap but near mint RHD one on eBay.
