Nice , solid rust free.

1. Late doors
2. Cut out rear engine area with bug motor
3. Late Steering column with late gauges
4. Late switches
5. 4 lug all around

nothing that can't be reversed, but it will take time and $$$$

Sounds like getting a correct early notch body and switching roofs and pans or VINs is the way to go.

PO replaced front beam and rear axles on the original pan.

I am trying to persuade the current owner, if everything goes well, it will be a stock car. Wish me luck!

It is a shame the hacked up the rear to put in a T1 engine, but that sure is a pretty looking car! Sounds like the rest of the stuff is mostly bolt on replacements for a stock setup. I agree...why haven't you bought it yet? Still working on the P.O.?

Greg's (dreadcapn) notch is missing the Whole deck/engine mount/apron! My '66 was the donor for pans/doors/rear section. He has a NOS apron to put on it. Now it's up to the bodyman.
