Workshop space in Tacoma WA or finding one in general?

The Samba has been great for advice in the past so I figured id put this out there. Anyone know of a way to score workspace? Not too many options on CL that I was able to find. Other websites or places to ask?

Im not really picky about the amenities. An enclosed space thats secure and a place to plug in (power). It would need to be big enough to fit a splitty plus a little room. No painting planned.
