My pushrod has been molested lol. So I need a measurement so I can set the rod to stock length. I know its supposed to have like 1mm of free play. Thanks

Just loosen lock nut spin rod it till you get proper free play, tighten lock nut....

Don't make this to complicated...

Brake rod length is factory set and should not be changed. Freeplay should be adjusted via stop on floor, as per Bentley manual. Changing the pushrod length can reduce the distance the pedal will travel before hitting the front bulkhead. If your brake shoes are new and correctly adjusted, its probably not a problem. If they're worn and improperly adjusted, it could be very dangerous. There's plenty of buggies which have worn and non-adjusted brakes, besides their other issues.
