I have a 1982 Vanagon Diesel. Can someone take a picture of the storage area of the factory jack and tools with them in place? I intend to purchase the correct jack, tire iron etc at a swap meet and want to store correctly in the vehicle. The owners manual does not show a picture; they just say it's under the driver's seat??

Sounds like I should just go with a scissor jack!

I have a few jacks and tools in the bags, it appears that these suck so I never keep them.
infact, I gamble alot and don't even have a spare...but I got towing.
I thought about using them to stablize the westy while camping but I never seem to get to rock it much so they just sit in the tool shed getting dusty.
