So I got my new Porsche hubs and wheels! Does anyone know a good machine shop in the northern Virginia / D.C. area?

I nned to get the hub machine for VW bearings.

Your best bet is to just send them to Lanner http://vdubengineering.com/

Oooorrrrr have a stock type 3 disc machined down so it becomes basically a hub, then have it drilled and studded to the 5x130 pattern. You can then just slide a Porsche rotor over it (do your research p-car front rotor designs changed a lot between the yrs and models, some will work. You might even be able to use a rear rotor). The last piece of the puzzle is to have figure out a caliper adapter that can bolt up to the stock caliper mounts (or cut one of the ears off and relocate it, someone else did it that way). Lanner is the easier, softer way to do it.
