|
|
I'm in the middle of a build of a manx style buggy. I have some bent 14x8 P225 70 R14 on the buggy now. I'm wanting to go with more of a Kick-Out Manx Traditional look. The one on the Red Kick-Out Manx Traditional website look the best to me. Does anyone happen to know what sizes they could be?
I have a guess on wheel size....just not the tires size
Front 14x6
Rear 15x8
As well as the backspacing on the wheels.

Pretty sure those fronts are 15", probably 6" wide and the rears look like 8".
IIRC they're classic Ansen Mags. |

yeah, looks like a 15x6 and 15x8 to me. I run 15x8 all the way around and just increase my tire size on the back. More narrow wheels on the front are fine, but i still like to have the same diameter all the way around. |

Thats what I'd guess as well.
I use 15x7's on the front 15x10's on the rear.
I have 4, 14x8 wide slots, but variety in size 14 inch tires are a little harder to find. _________________ aka Ken {o\!/o}

Im Currently restoring some old slotted wheels i found for my buggy, but they are 15x10 in the rear and 14x6 front. Im having a helluva time trying to find some matching tires that would work for them. If anyone has an answer for this, im all ears. |

I was having a hard time finding something to fit mine also.
I went to TireRack.com, they had what I wanted in stock, $125 each and shipped right out. I am thinking about getting another set for my other car Rack.com, even though, my son works for a local, large, tire store and can't compete with them. _________________ I'd rather be an hour early than 5 minutes late. I have found the best deals on ebay of recent. In the last 6 months I have bought 18 tires and all were cheaper on ebay.
Summit racing offers free shipping grouped into the tire price and over half I purchased came from Summit. _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class
