i am new to samba. Joined last month and this is my 2nd inquiry. I'm restoring a 67 bug. Getting ready for some body work and notice that when I pulled the left front fender there is a small ripple in the body just above where the fender bolts to the body and runs down to the door hinge. Did not notice it when I bought the car. It's white. Question is, can this be pulled out or does that particular panel need to be replaced. Car does not appear to have had any front end damage. Seems to be intact. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. |

Hard to say without seeing it. Can you post a picture? Most stuff can be straightened, but that can be a hard area to access, and you certainly don't want to make it look worse. _________________ Plate of shrimp |

There isnt much that cant be straightened. But you may want to take it to a compitant body shop that has the tools to do it right. |

sounds like a front quarter panel distortion from a slight front bumper impact. if that is it you need to get it on a stretcher as the inner panels are also out of position |
