Singlecab, oh wait , i have one all ready ,
Well I would really dig a nice Panel but would settle for a 15 window sunroof standard , (did those exist)
Never had to much interest in Deluxes , Kommercials always seemed to be the schnizzle. unfortunately everyone cuts up Kommercials to fix those deluxes. _________________ -Bryan

Hi 23 window!
I've been to your site quite a few times! That 57 23 window of yours is a beauty!! I'd love to have one like it someday, assuming mine doesnt kill me, haha. I dont think I couldnt roll it the way it is, I think the transmission is shot. Plus the motor is apart and needs a rebuild. Frankly I dont think these things are driveable in original form. Too high, tires that are about as thick as a wheelbarrow tire and crappy suspension. As I go I'd like to lower it some and upgrade the brakes and wheels. I guess because they're mainly commercial vehicles, not really highway vans.. Actually how I came about getting it is a pretty good story, but I think I bore people here enough with these posts. If you'd like to know I'd be glad to email you about it. Have a good one sir!

A 15 window bus is a deluxe and not a standard; if it had a sunroof it would be a 23. _________________ Your Vanagon sucks, Stop waving at me.

Hey crofty, I thought that would be the answer ,
I had a 15 window that i would have kept if it wasnt such a rust bucket.
Lets just say I would have liked it if VW made a 15 window walk through with no deluxe trim ,a sunroof , no skylights, a plain yet comfortable 7 seater interior with a one color paint job like grey or avacado _________________ -Bryan

You could always look for a kombi or standard with a sunroof! _________________ Your Vanagon sucks, Stop waving at me.

I don't know...I just started thinking about it after our last cruise when our friend Rick came out with his Barndoor Double Door RHD Panel. Then I was thinking about how cool it was but wether I would actually drive it if I owned it. _________________ '74 Westy |

my dream bus is any bus, not cut or lowered or cusomized in any way, as long as its a pre 1980. i dont dig vanagons very much. im 15 and i have a 1967 panel convert. it was converted into a camper sometime in the distant past. but its my first vehicle so i guess its my dream bus. _________________ josh, AKA "the infamous josh"
