Parked BUS For 2 years, What should be addressed first?!

I bought a 1978 Westy and it sat for 2 years unran. The owner then filled the tires and drove it 1000 miles to new destination and sold it. With out an oil change. What should I do first? I know change the oil, I live in Idaho, What weight do you suggest? New Oil filter and gaskets etc... It is a rebuild with 7000 miles on it receipts to prove it.

What do you guys think?
