Yeah, many VW (ish) things going on, but more odd stuff happening. the nose is obvious, I don't see any gate hinges and the vents seem to go up higher than a VW, and what's going on under the rocker panel?
Severe crash victim rebuilt with Frankenstien parts?, or tribute coachbuilt from an obscure Easter block company?

Not sure which type of camper this is in the photo, Dundee in Scotland, the block of flats is still there but the chimney stack is gone.
