Very strange thing about that person; at first I thought it was the tow driver pushing the bug backward to take up the slack so it didn't whiplash. Upon closer view it seems to be a naked person with just a shirt draped across their privates. Could it be the victim?

So this is most likely an early 60's mango no? And it looks like that drivers side long panel is all gnarly in a short amount of time.
