where i lived in Germany, you can still get your beverages, beer, soda, water, milk, etc delivered to your house. In glass bottles of course. that was pre-amazon Smile

Yep, Reutberger Kloster-Weisse every week. The delivery vehicle was no VW bus, but the neighbor did have an orange synchro double cab, so...
