Quite possible, but that one is exceptionally well done, most added windows on those coachbuilt tourist buses stick up above the metal, those are inset like VW did it.

This barn full of buses is down near Walla Walla in Oregon(Milton Freewater)


Looks like some one got really high and painted up the deluxe.
